Party Packages
This year Aw Shucks has an all new party package! Thanks to all the moms for your suggestions.
For the Fall Season
Birthday Party Package* -
$10 per person ($150 minimum)
Party Includes:
- Reserved Picnic Area w/tablecloths (2 hours)
- All the items listed under fall General Admission (**Does NOT include The 13th Acre Haunt events)
- Party Coordinator and party invitation download.
- Popcorn and can soda for each person!
Optional Party Add-Ons:
- Pumpkin Picking - (Small sugar pumpkin)$2.00 per person.
- Pumpkin Painting - $1.50 per person.
- Animal Feed - $.50 per container.
- Cowboy Hats - $2.00 per hat.
- Bandanas - $1.00 each.
- Bella Photography, by Alison Koss, will document your party (up to 2 hrs.) - $125.00
Includes:
- Digital slide show to music (burned to a CD to remember your special day).
- 8 X 10 fine art group photo (additional photos can be ordered from the event at discounted prices).
- Need more time? - Extend the reserved picnic area for $10 per hour (must be done in advance)
*To reserve your party:
- Fill in the Party Reservation form.
- Parties are reserved for 2 hours.
- A deposit of $50 is required and will go towards total cost.
The deposit ($50) is NOT refundable except in case of rain ONLY!
- Upon arrival, check in at the ticket booth where payment is required.
- You will be given the # of armbands for your party and as your guests arrive the party coordinator will hand out armbands. (You will also receive any add-on items.)
- The coordinator will return unused armbands for a refund (after minimum is met).
- Please advise ahead if you plan to extend the reserved shelter time.
- Your shelter # will be displayed at the ticket booth.
- Guests who arrive late will be brought to where you are.
Make sure they know the name under which the party is listed.
- Your party coordinator will assist in carrying your items to and from your picnic area.

Fill them in and mail or hand-deliver them!
Due to differences in printers, colors may not be exactly the same as you see on your monitor.
