Aw Shucks! is a fun destination for all ages with something to offer for everyone from Pumpkins and Hayrides to getting lost in a field of "corn"fusion. Unique features include an Old Fashioned General Store and an unusual Pumpkin House. Special events are always happening at Aw Shucks! Aw Shucks! is unique in that it offers 2 mazes connected by a trail through the woods. Nestled in the farm belt of eastern Union County near Marshville, NC, Aw Shucks! Corn Maze is located on a real working family farm of about three hundred acres. Aw Shucks! itself covers over ten of those acres, providing plenty of space for groups large and small.
Unlike other mazes that can feel overwhelming, our mazes are perfect for all levels of challenge. The more adventurous visitor can tackle both mazes and the trail. The option of pursuing trivia throughout the mazes and trail is available to all. Aw Shucks! is the only maze that allows you to explore the mazes as often as you like during your visit. We are located about 2 miles from Wingate University in Union County. From Charlotte, NC, take Highway 74 East through Monroe to Wingate. Pass Wingate University on the left and continue about 1 mile. Turn right on Forest Hills School Road (at the light). Go about 1 mile. Aw Shucks! is on the right. (Click here for map.)

This year's theme is Treasures of the Carolinas with a giant ship maze and a treasure map maze. Visitors can search for trivia about pirates and history of the Carolinas and even learn to talk like a pirate along the trail!
